We want you to love your item(s). But we understand sometimes it’s not what you hoped for, so we gladly expect returns for qualifying items within 7 days of the purchase date. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. All items marked SALE, any accessories, Swimsuits, and Bodysuits are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES. For all returns, we will issue a store credit only to
apply towards another purchase.

1. Items must be returned in unworn condition
2. Items must be free of stains, deodorant, and makeup marks
3. Items must be free of perfume, smoke, or cigarette smell
4. Items must be free of pet hair
5. Items must still have an original tag(s) attached.
6. Online gift cards are non-fundable
7. FINAL SALE ITEMS: ALL items marked SALE, swimsuits, bodysuits, jewelry, hats, masks, and urses are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return.
8. Promotional and Sale Purchases. All purchases where a promotional/sale code is entered are deemed Final Sale. Final Sale items are No Returns.
9. KLARNA CUSTOMERS. If you use Klarna as your payment method your account will continued to be drafted until your 4 Installments are complete with Klarna. A store credit will be issued when your return is received back to us to apply towards a new purchase.
10. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost unless a mistake is made by StyleLoft.
11. Items refused at shipping and/or will access a 25% restocking fee.
12. Please note items purchased at one of our retail locations, must be returned to the original location. Policies vary, please contact the store location for details.

13. StyleLoft reserves the right to limit service to customers with excessive return activity

2. Upon submitting your online return, you will receive a return label via email. For returns, a fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund for the cost of shipping the item/items to return.
3. Once delivered, items meeting return criteria will be issued a store credit
4. Please expect 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been delivered.
